I hereby share my experience on campus placements , my first company is cts,i think cts is one of the good company to get into that very easily, the campus process consists of only 2 rounds.

The first round is asusual general apti.Mostly merit track will be conducting that test , the test duration is one hour , the test consists of 3 sections,

1. quantitative(20 marks),

2.verbal(20 marks),

3.logical(15 marks),there is no negative marks .

i hope it is very easy to clear the apti. for quans u should concentrate on ages , trains ,tanks,lcm and HCF and boats. The verbal section is also easy one but my advice is to do the comprehension part later, it consists of synonyms ,antonyms, and verbal corrections.3rd section will be easier .Dont copy from others because the merit track wont evaluate the papers.

next round is hr round , Hr r very nice persons , u just admit the truth.prepare for self intro,they wont ask anything technical.U should say whatever is in ur resume.
